Almost smoked an Infinte G35

ok so this was at night. i was in my 02 7.3L all stock and im waiting for the ligt to turn green and my buddy shows up next to me with his G35 and starts reving it and im all like its on, so i spool her up and as soon as it turns green she peels out and pretty much it was good bye for the G35.....until he caught up and yea it was a 35 zone. luckly no cops, but damn i had him for a good while until after 60mph.

Was the G35 hooked to a semi? Those things are very fast, even in the sedan.
