ROTM question

So I notice that the ROTM is only open to supporting members. Well my question is for us non supporting members will be be able to watch the ROTM and maybe vote? It doesn't bother me that I can't enter it but I would like to see what the theme is and everyone's entry pics.

regular members can watch and vote on it. Have to be premium to enter though

I also noticed that I can't view the nominations page. Is this correct for my status? I would really like to see all the entry's along with the chosen 4.
