how can i stop getting emails???

i need help i have changed everything that says anything about emails to off in my profile, however i still get like 50 emails a day from the site??? anyone else have this problem. everytime someone posts something on the same post i have posted on i get an email. im geting tired of having to delete 50+ emails a day. please help

Are you sure you have covered everything in you User CP screen?

the only thing i have enabled are PM's everyhting else is off unless theres something i dont know about

On the email, click on the bottom link to "unsubscribe"

Before you post in a thread, be sure to look at the bottom of the screen and look at the drop down menu titles "Thread Subscription." Set the option from "instant email notification" to "no email notification." This should prevent any emails you would receive when you post to a new thread.

I just changed my settings to no emails except for pm's, and im still getting them also. can you help me?
