Animated Avatar

Can anyone tell me how to resize an animated .gif(i think thats what they're called) and still have it animated??
I want to use one as an avatar, but can't get it small enough to use. And if I do, then it's a still pic??
Is there a way to do this??

Thanks guys!

Start up irfanview go to file and open then click on the gif you have saved to the puter then go to image and click on resize/resample. That might get you what your looking for

if you've downloaded it and then uploaded to a picture hosting site, it should resize the image for you....

or if you want, you can email me the avatar and I can take care of it for ya.

I tried that. It will let me do that to a still photo, but when I try it on an animated gif, it won't let me choose that option under the image drop down menu.

I'm going to keep messing with it, but in the meantime I think I will email them (3) to Banshee34 to get them right. I would just like to be able to do it myself, you know? I'm mad that I can't figure it out on my own.
