Only 10%

Ok we are happy about being so big. With 30,000 members. Well After looking at things tonight. We only have 10% of that 30,000 members being active.

I'm just pointing out an observation thats all. I know we have alot of people that are readers and love to absorb all the great info here.

Thats all I'm doing also Sir,just pointing out an observation. I'm on here at least a few hours out of each day(if not more). I allways wondered if they(this site) could set it up so that right under neath your user name, it had, how many days/hours/ min. that you have spent on this site,since you singed up. I've only been to 1 other site like that,and over a period of 6 months I was on that site for 4 days,16 hrs, and 34 min.

God I hope this site doesn't go to the format you speak of. If it did it would complete show how much time I spend on here.

Out a 24 hour day I would say I am on here a minimum of 8 hours a day. That equals out to about 5,840 hours in two years.

what if we count the plus sized members as 2 or 3? same with lifted rides, dualies, and maybe count stump as like the 20x bonus?

Activity on message boards like this is measured by the number of people who log in during a given period of time.

If I remember correctly, this site uses one of the tightest activity filters out there. I think our "active member" count is based on the number of unique individuals who log in over the past 7 days. That means, we believe that you will log in at least once a week, if you are an active member. Some sites stretch this out to as far as 30 days.

Now.. while we don't have a super high percentage of active members, we do have a large number of people who stay active here, and our active members are extremely active. I'd be interested to see a count of how many times in one week there are log-ins. To explain a little better... I try to log in at least once a day... usually several times per day. To the activity filter, I only count as 1 log in.

once a day? are you kidding? since i've found the org i'm logged in more then i'm in class/lecture! and when i am in class/lecture.......i have the lappy logged into the org. I think if you guys are gauging the quality of these forums by those statistics....ur missing the big picture
