k...here is an idea i have been kicking around.... just thought i would throw a teaser out there to see if anyone is interested...

ROTM is a TON of work and honestly it takes away from what the moderators can do with the site.......you have to deal with the vendors...get the right prizes....make sure the prizes are fulfilled.....

you have to be timely with the poll....with the nomination process...etc....

Its a big job.....

Soooo...... Does anyone want to take this job on??

nothing....it just gets overwhelming to deal with that, and to moderate the forum. We are kicking around a couple ideas and this was one i came up with just to see what kind of responce we got. We arent for sure doing any one thing with it but there will be at least some change to keep the mods from being overly spread thin....

I am interersted but need to hear more. The business end for me seems like it would be easier. They computer end may be the tough part.

I would be willing to do it part of the time but some months I simply would not have the time. I know that don't help you much but...
