Too Dumb to post pictures

Hey there, I have been trying to figure out how to post pictures of some items I have for sale. I would also like to post some pics of my ride. But for the life of me I cannot figure out what to do. Either I am totally brain dead or I just don't know how to find the instructions. If someone would be so kind as to send me the steps I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much. Skip

Welp - there are two ways

One is to get a photobucket.com account and upload all your pictures there... then you just click on the little yellow box with mountains in it at the top of the box you post in and copy/paste the link to your picture in that box and click okay

or you can upload some pics to your Gallery Hall, then click on them and copy/paste the link into a thread using the same way above hope that helped.. but probably confused you more...

1. you need someplace that will HOST your pics (you upload to them)

2. post a reply and use the yellow box to paste the link from the host where it prompts you and wa-la - you have a picture

I agree with what Brant said. There are several places on the web where you can host pictures. Photobucket, and Picture Hosting (which I use) are free. There are many others.

Most of these not only provide picture hosting, but also provide you the links to cut and past to put the picture in your post. Simply find the "bb code" for that picture, copy and paste it into your message, and your picture will be there.

Here is an example...
if I paste the following link (without the quotation marks)
