Playing favorites

I'm hoping this message will get to one of the admins. Being a GM mechanic I've spent my share of time on other forums over the years keeping up with common problems and fixes. When I started buying Ford trucks I looked around for a good Ford forum. I decided to give this forum a try and I've been extremely pleased for the most part. There is a ton of good information on here. The one thing that has drove me crazy since I joined is whenever someone gives a review or starts talking about NChornet's CCV mod the thread gets deleted if it says anything negative about the mod. People should have the right to voice thier opinions on here even if the person that made the product is a member of this forum. I've been on the verge of purchasing a lifetime supporter memebership, but this topic has really made me consider finding another forum to join. I understand he doesn't want people to see pictures of it, (even though I'm a firm believer that if you buy a product you can post pictures of it anywhere you want), but I've personally seen several threads closed with no pictures in them just stating that they are not happy with the product. I know there are several other members that are unhappy with this practice of playing favorites and would like to know why certain mods feel the need to delete any type of negative feedback about his product.
