what exactly defines an active user? i would assume its someone who signs in on a regular basis right?

i cant remember if its 14 or 30 days, but an active member is someone who logs in within the set time period at least once..........so they have logged in with in the last two weeks, or month....cant remember, if they are in the "active member" total......
