Problems getting ahold of TW at totaldieselperformance.com

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I was wondering if anyone else was having issues getting a response from the totaldieselperformance.com I sent in a chip last week and needed to make a change to what I ordered.

Yeah ive been trying to get ahold of him too. gona send mine in and had some questions, ive sent a couple emails and made a couple phone calls over the last couple weeks. i imagine ill look to someone else. oh well
