Denver Diesel Shops for Clutch and Rear Main

Hey All,
Just got the truck back from getting the CPS done and the cruise control deal that will catch your truck on fire. They also did a run thru of the whole truck, and I have a rear main seal leak, that they say is pretty bad, but I am only losing about a quart every oil change. But heres the catch, they said that there is only 1/4 inch of oil in the master cylinder for the clutch, and that it could probably be replaced, sooner than later.

So, a couple questions, how long should my clutch last on 1/4 inch of fluid? I think I will turn down the 80 horse tune. And any independent diesel shops you recommend in Denver? The dealer quote wasn't terrible, just want to shop around given the economy?
