Site Meet and Greet/Wrenching Days

Allright, all joking aside, id like to make a point here!! Right now as i type this the board is practically flooded with threads about the Houston get together at the Lonestar dragstrip. A ton of people showed up and had a fabulous time. This site is awsome, and each and every member i met between last wednesday and saterday was just as mellow and like my family as they seem on the site. I honestly had probably the best four consecutive days i have ever had in my life and each of those days was one of the funnest days i had ever had!! My point is this.....Every member of this site should do thier best to get to any of these meets, and if nobody is putting one on, then fire one up!! There is a reason everyone on here right now that was at saterdays event is so excited and is posting so many threads about it.....its because we were all LITERALLY like family when we meet and we all had such an awsome time. We need more events like this to show people why we are the absolute Best and Friendliest diesel site on the internet!!

I been trying to get a meet and greet together up her in Michigan but no one seems interested. I got at least 5 members that live with in 20-40 minutes from my house, but yet the one day I had a barbeque wrenching day I had one show up 6.0sean and we got his gauges installed in his truck other then that no one responded or I heard nothing from them since I pm'ed them. Oh well this Friday I am having a bombfire and barbeque at my house anyone wanna come pm me.

If not Sept.29th I am having my annual Birthday Pig Roast. More info to come when the time is closer just keep it in mind by the way I will be turning 30 at this B-day.

I want to say that I along with 3 other strokers drove over 1300 miles to be there. Aaron drove 1100. This is serious business. We will go anywhere. For those of you that dont want to drive. Hook up with someone that is and split fuel costs or something. When I go to the next get ahold of me! I'll haul ya if you cant drive it. It was a blast. If you need pointers or suggestions ask us. This was an event I will never forget.

biggest thing is timing. Alan and Marc put feelers out some time ago. Ask when it would be the best and where. I would love to come to your place BC but it probably wont be this time around. I would like to meet everyone on this site.

South Carolina sound awesome! I can make it to most parts in less than 9 hours. Plus the in-laws live in Myrtle Beach so I could convince the wife that it's a familiy trip.
