I know that we censor out curse words to keep the site family friendly, but instead of using the word "beep" for every letter, could it just be a "*". so instead of "beepbeepbeepbeep" it would just show up as "****". i think that would just be better.

or even better... could there be an option to allow us that want to see the curse words to show up.. something that can be turned off and on....just a suggestion

I can make adjustments to it sure and maybe the LOOOOOG beep thing is a bit annoying, so I'll get with Marc and the Mods and we'll discuss it.

I'm not able to turn it off for individuals, that's not built into the software - but you'd probably me a millionaire if you could design it that way.

i really dont care about using the cuss words, its just annoying when you see the long beepbeepbeepbeep. oh ya, always bringing up the age huh Alan. haha.

The "beepbeepbeepbeep" thing is annoying to me as well so we'll talk about making it a little less - but and still keeping the cuss filter on because that's something I won't change.

ya i'm not sayin remove the cuss filter, just don't make it excessive. and purdue, its not always me w/ the language, but when reading other's posts, it gets annoying...

I didn't know the site put in the "beeps". I thought everyone just typed it themselves to replace the words. I figured it was a powerstroke.org thiing.

I wondered why everyone spent that much time typing that many beeps.
