Moving to Everett, WA!!!!!!

Ok well in June I will become stationed in Everett. We are going to visit first week in May to try and find a house to buy. I am very excited to move to WA. We are originally from MT. Currently stationed in NY and ready to get back to the west. I am in need of some help. I am looking for a house between 130-200K in the Everett area. I also need help trying to find a good neighboorhood. Need room to work on my truck and a mud truck so i dont want to live in a packed neighboorhood but have a little space. Just looking for insight in the area.

Everett is an ok area. I was stationed in Bangor. If you look on AHRA.com you might be able to find something that meets your needs.

Also if you look on realtor.com you can search in Everett with your specific likes. I hope this helps you out.

If your still in need of advice feel free to ask away. I live about 10 min north of the base in Marysville. Lived here my whole life, and actually served in the Navy in the early 90s (stationed in Norfolk, VA) so i know your pain about the East Coast, (I actually spend as much time as possible in MT) and then did some reserve time at Everett in the Sea Bee's

Sorry to hear about your luck... I was stationed at Everett while on the USS Abraham Lincoln, but I lived in Bremerton. I wouldn't suggest that to anyone simply because the commute SUCKED! Anyway, best of luck in finding a home.
