I hate to see stuff like this. Nothing against this woman, but I really hate that "tough economic times make people do bad things" attitude. Bad people do bad things no matter what the economy is like and this state does little to punish them for their crimes....I'll stop myself before I begin to rant. I just hope that this family gets their vehicle back and quickly!!!
