I kept my NC plates and since I live in a county that requires no emissions test all I have to send to NC DMV is some kinda service receipt (oil change, etc...) before they can send me the renewal tags.

You won't have a problem with what you are running in WA. I am running the same setup and have my EGR deleted. All they check for is to make sure you don't have any codes and then they do the snap test. The snap test is where they put a probe in your exhaust and have you floor it for a second. They are just checking for smoke. You are allowed up to 20% opacity. I passed with 2% running the stock tune. I could have passed running SRL++, but I figured better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the information. I was going to put it back in stock when I finally get there to do the test. I should be up there in the summer.

Deepens on where you move. Thurston County doesn't have emissions. Every other County requires inspection. JBLM requires it no matter what so I would recommend getting your decals on Camp Murray. That's what I always did to avoid a test

Thanks for information. When I get up there I will see if I can do that. It may make things a lot easier.
