We need to have a big get together before the summer ends. I'm north of Bellingham, WA. Anybody have any ideas how we can pull this off?

Let's list some ideas.

NEW: So it's set, August 29, 2009 at 12:00 pm, on Saturday at Mukiteo park/beach in Everett. BYOB, Big Red and I will for sure bring our BBQ grills. So guys bring out your hamburger meat to be grilled, and some food. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys.

I've never pulled off an event before, it would be nice to have someone with experience to help this along.

I would love to see all the different Powerstroke setups out here. Where are you located at Big Red?

However I don't know Everett too well.
