Hey just curious if anyone wants to go down to the beach in NC before they start charging 50$ a week or 120$ annually I really want go and just take a day trip last day that will be free is the 14th of Feb i think it would be a nice cruise and good picture oportunity what do y'all think

No more free beaches on the national recreational seashore buddy the National Park Service took them away closed some forever mostly all the inlets and all night driving. Lots of ppl including my self have signed 13000 signature petition and are fighting this all the way Because it's not an animal refuge it's a recreational seashore since 1937. You need to become friends with a page called Oregon Inlet Idiots they will keep you up to date on everythin on Facebook even send links to local news papers and sound bites of store owners fighting this on Hatteras Island and Occracoke Island. Support the National beach buggy association if you can they need to raise money to fight this in court and also contact state legislature reps by email mail phonecalls to pass a bill to reverse all this unlawful taking of one of the greatest things in the world a place to relax have fun share traditions experience new ones and support an old comunity like no other that has been hit hard by Hurricane Irean and now this 500/5000 homes are being foreclosed and businesses are shutting down faster than you can say Nazi Park Service

To get a permit to drive on a beach on the national seashore you have to wait in line fill out paperwork similar to the DMV does wait somemore watch a seven minute video on how to drive on the beach correctly psssh... Then it's $50 per week or $120 annually to drive on the beach the one decal goes on that specified vehicle. Go to the beach with out one it's a huge federal fine and court in Rallighi. And theres going to be a limit on how many vehicles can be on the beach at one time too so even if you do all the things lasted above you have to wait or find another beach that's less crowded. This really pisses me off I'm not going back down until it's no longer controlled by a group of beach Nazis
