I have a guy I go to that use to build all my mustang engines for me. The only mod I see on your list that might not pass inspection is the dpf delete. Do all the shops around here check for that? I could pm you the name of my boy's shop but it is all the way up here in York County.

I know plenty of places that are non chain based and reputable wtf man over?

besides I work on my own rig and know it well enough to identify any safety concerns before the yearly inspection

well i'm just sayin that the bigger name ones are more likely to check for the emissions stuff. and the dpf is technically not legal. and when i say non reputable i mean like the local mechanics shops with the good ole boys. idk how it is up there in VA, never been.
so yea, bad choice of words. my bad

well yeah the only thing that would might now pass is the fact that i have a dpf delete just seeing if anyone has a place that they go to so i dont have to put my dpf back on for the inspection then take it off again
