Hampton Roads Mechanic

I need good 6.0 mechanic to work on my truck in Hampton Roads. Does anybody recommend a place to go?

Long story short. I went full throttle on the truck to pass a douche bag that cut me off and now the truck runs really bad. The CTS shows code P0275 #5 cylinder contribution/balance. The CTS was on the performance program. I need the truck fixed asap because i will be making a 1,000 mile trip next thursday. Im guessing bad injector or bent push-rod. What do i do?
