I posted this in the Virginia Strokers section... My name is Johnny, I currently live in New Orleans, LA. My wife got a job working at a hospital in the Fredericksburg area. I will be moving out there to be with her in a few weeks, right around the 1st of the year. I would love to meet up with you guys and see where y'all ride or just meet up and shoot the Sh!t... Hopefully I will get to put my PStroke to some good use out there... Can't wait to meet y'all... JT

That may be perfect because I'm suppose to be starting a diesel mechanic in VA Beach @ ATI on the 23rd... Have you ever heard of that school? I'm a bit skeptical about it! Or do you know of any good diesel schools around Fredericksburg? Thanks

ok thing with ati uti schools like that are tech schools they are not really colleges. I also thought bout going to ati ,but navy college office told me then they would not fund it because ati is not a college and is not even really accredited. from what i was told its really not a degree its a program completion cert and they are 3rd party acredited. after finding this all out i decided to got tcc for a ***. degree in automotive and diesel technology. also i will recive my diesel career study cert after one more class. i feel better knowing that i have a degree vs. a tech school certificate. also i pay 120 a credit hour i think ati/uti is 320 a credit hour so 3x the cost and 1/3 a benefit.

its Tidewater Community College....in the hampton roads area...im sure there's community colleges in the fredricksburg area...check with them and maybe they have similar classes. i live about 2.5 hrs south of you (Crewe, VA). our local community college (SVCC) has a diesel program that is tought out at Ft. Pickett in Blackstone, VA.
