New Fines for Va. Residents

Hey guys,
A friend told me about this, it kinda took me by surprise. I didn't know anything about it until he told me and I looked into it a little more.
I wanted to post it here so everybody could read it.
If this is old news to everyone, and i've been living under a rock, I apologize.
It goes into effect on Sunday!

I think VA is just getting inline with alot of states around that area. Michigan has had something like that since 2000 in affect.

If you look at the laws, alot of them are for repeat and habitual offenders.

yeah a lot of them are, but if the last two pages have a lot of stuff that is scary.
Speeding in excess of 80 mph-$1050(those fines are annual fees, you have to pay it three times $350 X 3 = $1050)

Speeding 20 mph over the limit-$1050!

It's just crazy to me.
I think those are first time offense
