June 12 th Dyno/Live Tuning !!!!

Please keep this thread clean and only for people that are going and looking for info. Here is a head count from the folks Ive heard, seen that have posted up in the other thread. If your seriously intersted and to fine tune your truck live tuning is the best route to go, also not many ppl get a chance to live tune unless you drive to a vendor or go to event that host it. We are lucky to have someone willingly to come and do this. Between me and Lowflyin we are trying to organize this, We would like a good turn out for this as well.

Also we are asking that if you plan on coming and dyno/ tuning to make a deposit so we can get this vendor out and to secure your spot for live tuning after talking to the vendor here is the list of what he told me

150.00 Live Tuning fee and deposit for live tuning.
75.00 per 6.0 Liter Tune
165 per 6 position chip reburn ( 7.3 )
465 per 6 position New Chip ( 7.3 )

OK 51 views on this thread and NO ONE chimed in on this, this Chapter is a DISAPPOINT, Put it this way you just wasted peoples, time, effort and money, Matt was all about coming and even got into it with his Wife to come out FOR US. Yet no one can stand up and be apart. Its a complete WASTE OF PEOPLES TIME exspecially a vendor that lives in Texas and was willing to fly out here for US. Frankly I could careless at this point if this chapters falls apart.

The rules to having a Va chapter, Va strokers what ever you want to call it, you have to attend and host GTG's which no one attends or goes except the same ppl. SO honestly this NEEDS to be Shut down. If I hurt your feelings well sorry for your bad luck.

Welcome to the nightmares of organizing a live tuning event

I did the same thing last year with Jody. I got lots of interest, I contacted him and set the whole thing up. I was the organizer, so I was going to get mine done at a discounted rate(as i'm sure the two of you are as well), but when it came time to 'officially' sign up and commit to the $$, there was not enough people to hold the event and I had to call Jody and cancel.

It happens.

You make it sound like Matt was coming out here out of the goodness of his own heart to do everybody a favor. He was going to come out here to make some money. There's nothing wrong with that, that's what he does, but lets call it what it is. A live tuning event is a good money maker for the tuner.

As far as the Va. chapter goes, I'm not a member of it. I actually thought it was extinct
Maybe nobody has the $$ right now for live tuning.
Maybe a lot of the guys here are happy with the tuner they have right now, and don't have a need Matt's services.
