Read strategy in 95-495 area (N.VA)

I was wondering if there was anyone in this area who would be willing to read my strategy code for me. I would be willing to come to you if you are local (don't want to inconvenience anyone since you are doing me a favor).

Or if anyone has an SCT X3 for sale and turns out to be same strategy, that would be even better!
