Owning a house is worse than owning one of our psd's...LOL. If you're like me you can't leave well enough along. For to long you'll be painting, re-doing the kitchen, bathrooms...ect, haha.

well thankfully the house already has a bunch of work done to the house. brand new hardwood floors in every room. and brand new central heating and a/c.

i'm getting a killer deal the house was a forclosure. the house is assed by the county at 237k. the surrounding houses are nothing but rich old people in their 500k and 600k houses.

congrats bud. i was 21 when i bought my first house. theres nothing like owning your own pad and doing the things you wanna do to it. you should live there for at least 5 years or until the economy gets better than flip it. do this about 5 times and you should be able to pay cash for your 6th house. that was my plan until the economy took a chit. i made $50k off my first home but now im -$100k in this one lol

That's a nice looking house. I wish I lived in a real house instead of a piece of crap mobile home. NEVER buy a mobile home!! I thought I was getting a deal on a triple-wide. It's a piece of junk. We re-roofed it and the trusses are actually made from lumber that's not even a 2X2. There like 1 1/2" X 1". IT'S CRAP!!!

Congrats on the new digs!!
