One time he told me this guy brough in a diesel complaining of trans shifting strange. So they go for a drive and the guy is yelling at him all the time how its his fault bla bla bla. he tells me he looked at the guy and said i didnt design it i didnt install it i just fix it stop the truck. he got out and walked back to the dealer and refused to work on the guys truck.

Contrary to "popular wisdom"...the customer is not always right...anyone that has ever worked in food service will tell you that.
