Here ya go, finally got around to gettin some.

Since my 4-corner white strobes are illegal, my switch is pretty hidden.

Here's where I mounted my power supply

These are the windshield LEDs. They're pretty bright for their size.

The LEDs, and my back rack backup lights are on dash switches. They are legal. Eventually with my F650 dash mod it will look awesome

This week I'm going to try to install the taillight flashers like the ones Matt has. They look really good

Cool ! that looks like a compact little unit. So that switch in the seats controls for strobes then yea? Where did you buy those from? What headlights have you got there? they look nice. You mention a "back rack" I think that is what I'm after for my truck do you have a pic of that?

It actually is pretty compact. Wish I could show you the install I did on my brother's truck. I mounted his unit right tight to the backseat support...you can't find it unless you know where it is. They're about the size of a stock radio from Ford.

That switch you saw controls my 4-corner strobes. Not supposed to have the front ones so that's why it's there
Bought that set on ebay for 100 bucks. It's a 6-head unit but I only have 4 plugged in..shoulda just bought the 4-head
My headlights are the 05 style; some modifications need to be done for those

Finally, here's my back-rack. I really like mine.

And my sort of temporary dash switch setup

Yea shouldn't really have them here either. O well. Whats the name of that system? I'll have to have a look on us ebay. I don't have that area for switches because my 4x4 switch is there. Hey I like the back rack. Looks like you have an led brake light too. Does that fit straight in or do you have to alter anything?

I like this back rack as the lights are built in

I want to mount a cb twig & some lights on one. I might make my own out of stainless & get it pollished.

What die you have to do to get those 05 headlights in then?
Do you have any links to a site that sells those strobes with a pic of the actuall strobe?

Not sure on the name but police and fire use the exact same system up here

That works too, I've seen guys make some really nice stuff themselves. I love stainless! Simply because I hate rust lol

Well I needed a pigtail for the headlight connection. They changed to H13 bulbs in 05 so that needs to be swapped. Then I had to cut a little bit of the header panel out to get the lights to fit. Took about 2 hours total. WORTH IT!

You mean the ebay ones?

Thanks, ok don't worry I'll have a look on us ebay. Not sure I want to cut the front panel, but the more I look at those headlights the more I think I might have to. I find the light output of my stock headlights to be really crap. When I drive down unlit lanes I strain to see where I'm going. I would put spot lights on the front, but I don't think it would look right.

Your truck looks like an 03-04. They actually have very good headlights (beam pattern), maybe you should look at just getting HIDs or brighter halogens?
The 05s are worse in terms of road illumination but my HIDs pretty much fixed that issue They do look better than the 03 so it's sort of a trade-off...

Yeah def give ebay a shot.
BUT: make sure you get a kit with LOTS of wire (I would say 12' per cable at least and you're set), and if not by extra strobe cable. Our trucks are much longer than cars and there's nothing worse than running just short of the strobe head and having to cut, splice, etc needlessly. Just some advice

Yea will do. I had to lengthen the wires on the kit I bought for my Cadillac Hearse. It was a real pain in a$$. The controll box for that kit is too big so wouldn't want that kit in my truck.
