Yep, is fully functional, have done many river crossings.over the bonnet, heaps of f-series have them overe here

no lockers just standard LSD, that doesn't work to well hahah, lockers are coming soon, I can get some closer pics of the light bar for you if you want,

I dont know where you would get one over in the states, but here in australia, they were a factory option from ford, can also get them through ARB and TJM 4x4 stores

I havent had any issues at all yet, just extended all driveline breathers and thats about it, ill try grab a vid off my mate of me crossing a river with water over the bonnet
