I've seen that one. Why they didn't set the brake on the overturned truck is beyond me... Still funny though

that was here in town a few years ago...it was "on-site" towing. the owner of a big tow company here (lloyds) has a picture of it in his office. lol


as far as outrigers....fixed boom trucks like that only have "spades" that go straight down int the back, the rotator trucks have outriggers. but yeah he should have set the brake.
