If it was my products on his truck I'd let him keep it.....do you realize how much publicity that truck got in the news? Toyo Tires got insane advertising for free out of all this

Didn't you notice how all of the pictures across the internet showed toyo tires and it wasn't cut off? and how they all had his truck in them, full view and what not..... this story would have died days after the incident if it wasn't for all the free advertising....they kept it going for a reason

wow that's the first i've heard of that too, but iirc can't the people injured in the crash sue anybody that is on the truck. i remember that my old job didn't want to sponsor and race cars b/c of the risk of an accident and their name being on the car.

If the lawyers are good enough probably, but there are many loop holes....if you pay money you are part owner...if you give product you are not....so Toyo may be in the clear

any one else would have gotten fellony criminal endangerment plus a million misdemenors and would have spnt at least a year in jail.

pisses me of how celebrities literaly can commit murder in this country and get a slap on the wrist.
