Damn that would have been great if he would have made off with it.Could you imagine the cop comming down to the tow yard and trying to get his patrol car back without paying for the towing and storage fee. That would have been classic.

he's just stupid...cops can drive whatever speed they want, blow redlights and stop signs, park where they want, drive on sidewalks, and what not....Im glad he got arrested for that. BTW Im former Law Enforcement....lol

How is that??? They said in there that he was mad about a previous ticket he had received. I wouldn't say thats doin yur job.

He was on a call. As stated above, Cops can park anywhere when there on a call. The one's here do.

X2 on the fact that he is a moron, I would have let him hook up to it, had my partner pull him over a block away, unhook my car, have his tow truck towed by ANOTHER company incident to his arrest for felony theft, on top of that I would have put a fifteen day hold on it pending an investigation initiated by me with the State of Texas who regulates tow truck companies. And I am sure I could think of some more things to stack on him. And YES we can park where ever we want, PERIOD. Atleast in Tx anyway but im sure it is the same everywhere.
