not to continue arguing on this, because i am not meaning to argue at all. and i also may be wrong, but around here i notice when they are on a call, they leave their patrol lights on.

Bottom line that's not the law for the Police. I am also a Ex Police officer. Would you rather me find a parking spot when someone is tiring to stab you in the head with a knife or something to that effect? Come on get real.. I understand both side of this. But you have to understand the tow truck driver was tiring to be a smart a$$ and got caught.. O well this could be argued all day..
