Lol, I was just thinking about doing something like that the other day. Summer is coming up and I am looking for a project. Putting in a 6.0 in a fox body Mustang LX was one of my first thoughts. Now don't laugh at this one, but another thought was putting a Cadillac Northstar V8 into an 86(did they even make an 87?) Pontiac Fiero. Both would be a fair bit of work, but I think the Mustang project would be a lot more involved. Will have to see what is available for a starting point when the time gets a bit closer.

that mustang would need to have a beefed up frame in the front but they do put 460 big blocks in them for racing so I dunno.
it wouldnt be a sleeper thats for sure.

Very true. Anything is possible with enough money. Leaning towards the stang, but the Fiero would be a straight forward swap since the motor will fir in with very slight mods to the engine bay. New suspension, brakes and shorter cv axles. Where as the stang would need a lot of modification.
Will keep you guys posted. |

yeah that impala is a badass ride. for any of you that have seen pimp my ride on MTV it is one of the vehicles they did on an episode. currently it is sitting at galpin ford in van nuys, ca in thier little auto museum. im looking to buy a 2008 6.4l F-250 king ranch and when i was there a few days ago they let me into the museum to check it out. also by the way... its pushing 800 HP and 1200 Ft. Lbs of torque all at the rear wheels.
