Which states cylinder 3 contribution or balance malfunction, was running well, lost power, towed it in, fires right up runs smooth cold then bad miss,as warming up. Getting egr codes but has delete, what next, changed fuel filters, drained separator, inspected all fuel lines for cracks or leaks, their ok. What next, bad injector

6 months ago motor had new heads, gaskets, hpop, oil cooler and FICM,hi press oil rail work and 1 injector. Has run flawless til now, it is bone stock other than egr delete and blue spring in fuel press. Regulator. Thanks, love this site!

My buddys 04 6.0 had the same codes. We replaced the injector for cylinder #3 and push rods and did the 58V ficm mod and it seemed to go away after that. No long term results though since he sold it shortly after we did the repair.
