It is just stuck. Needs more roundhouse kick. Seriously, you just need brute force. Depending on how stable the car is on the jack, try laying on your side with your head pointed away from the car and just kick the top and bottom of the tire.

Yeah no kidding! Lol

Im sure it also helped he had them trimmed way too high for normal boating.

Any of you boat guys know what size those engines were? Twin 250's??? Haha
