What's wrong with this Cummins?

Found this on Youtube just searching around.

YouTube - Dodge 3500 Brake Torque Attempt

Appears 100% stock to me but still, why can't he power brake?

may have something to do with his tranny, especially after seeing how badly he treats it. He is a dumbazz, possibly the dumbest guy I have ever seen.

Yea thats how those dodges are they suuuuuck.My brother had a hemi I asked him if I could take it for a spin,After I got back to the house I tried to power break it.The suuucky truck would'nt even break loose.Then I tried it on a wet spot off on the sholder and still nothin.Its definatley not what a hemi used to be.I parked the truck he came out side I gave him his keys and said one thing as I walked right by him (your new truck sucks azzzz) shoulda bought a ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL It has nothing to do with "Big brakes"... I've driven a few "STOCK" cummins myself and you CAN'T break em loose because they have "Torque Management". It's actually a great thing, it saves their crappy stock tranny. If he had ANY kind of programmer that overrides it, those tires would be creamy white in no time...
