Did you see the big Ford vs the little Dodge? Looked like a lopsided race, until the Ford launched and went all over the place still running a mid 11. The Ford has a 945hp Cummins in it. Can't remember the guy's name though.

yea man i saw that race. i thought the same thing figuring that dodge was a full drag truck but that Ford launch was awesome.

Yeah that truck had a small feature in Diesel Power mag a couple of months back. Wonder what his tq #'s were.

Well for one reason or another i'm missing just about all of my 07 issues other than April. Grrr! But, I did find the November 06 issue (with the big blue & orange Ram smoking 44's on the cover) and on page 136 is the 945 hp "Fummins" F350. I'm pretty sure it's the same truck, as the one in the video had dual exhaust out both sides, and in the picture you can see tubes hooked up in the general area where a tailpipe would be on the driver's side. He goes by "Mad Dog". I don't know what year the engine is, but it's not a 3rd gen.

had a 945hp cummins in it....he's now up to 1180 . The truck is owned by Richard Madsen aka Maddog
