Fallen soldier video, God Bless America!
I know this has been posted on here already, but i just heard the Tim Mcgraw song again on the radio today and it reminded me of this video. I am posting this up again for those who haven't seen it and to remind all of us who have seen it how great this country still is. With the uncertainty of what our government is doing on a daily basis, this instills so much faith in me that we will not let a bunch of idiots ruin what so many have given everything for.

that's very sad, speaking of sad, I think my man card got pulled last night when I watched the movie "Taking Chance". The movie is only 77 minutes and out of that 77 I cried for about 30 of them. it was a real tear jerker.

my prayers are with that family and all the others. Service men and women deserve the utmost respect. i try and thank them when is see them walking around in uniform no matter how random the place is.

Seeing this video....puts alot of things inperspective... after 8 years of active duty and the last five in the reserves and serving one tour in afghanistan and two in iraq seeing the respect people have for this Sergeant First Class makes me proud to serve everyday.
Being a Medic You take the good with the bad. You have to or you would crack. Ill be the first to admit.. i was good until taps played then i was a blubbering fool. Two of the hardest things i ever personally had to experience was being the first medic to treat my cousins husband after our convoy was hit by an ied... he didnt make it and I had to explain to their daughter why... so every time i see her i relive that moment. And another i relive every day is a little iraqi girl that we were treating in the cash at lsa anaconda. this lil girl was barely a year old... every day she would cry for her momma.... and trust me folks momma is a word u can understand in any language. well the only problem was she no longer had a momma or any family for that matter you see she was shia and because of that a bunch of sunni's had raided her home shot all of her family including her in the head.... they all died and she lived and not a day goes by that i dont think about that lil girl cryin for her momma.. But anyway sorry for my blabbering Rest in Peace Brother Beale |

Wow, I hadn't seen that before......
Very moving. GOD bless each and every one of those people who stood by the side of the road that day. We need a lot more people in this country to act that way..... |

That hits close to home... my brother deploys this month. I understand it's an honor for him, but I pray he doesn't come home like that!
