Pat, that there is funny as hell. I wonder if he had to do the rest of the field soberity tests or if they considered it a waste of time...lol. I definately do not think he passed.

Im not sure who was dumb or dumber the cop or the guy hitting his head. There was a bunch of lines they could have used why the tape???
