the car next to me is a fairly polite asian lawyer, im not worried about door dings. its assigned parking. my roommate is on the other side, he is smart enough not ding me.

that is how you get your car towed here. the parking is very strict.

I HATE parking at my apartment. Luckily we do not have assigned spots so I always try to get an end spot (like your #50) so I can hug the curb and have PLENTY of room beside me. Also, people who just whip into a spot leaving the car crooked in the spot and those who can't center up between the lines make me mad..... Especially when you are trying to park a vehicle with actual size....
