NO MORE LAWS We already have a law that pertains to this, it's called reckless driving.

You can't legislate INTELLEGENCE.

I agree with what you're implying though.

I was driving on a 4 lane highway just yesterday when the car in front of me slowed down about 10mph and started weaving back and forth, I pulled around to pass and sure enough it was a girl texting. Talking on cell phones is almost just as bad, and it seems like women are the worst, I had one blast through a stop sign right in front of me, didn't see me, didn't see the stop sign, never even realized what she did. I see them all the time talking on the phone, their minds somewhere else completely. I know a lot of them who are on the phone before they even get out of their driveway. Sorry for the rant but this really peeves me.

In Cali, they outlawed talking on your cell while driving. They did not include texting.
