I guess maken it a law wouldn't be too bad of a thing.. but really then it comes down to that the officer has to prove that the person was texting... and really on top of that... I don't do it.... the person shouldn't know better than doing that and driving anyways

I can not stand txting while driving. I used to be bad for it when I was younger but after driving off the highway one time while doing it made me change my habits really fast. Just recently a teen age girl killed a worker after crashing into a construction site on the side of the road. Last I head the police were waiting to charge her because they didnt know which ones applied.
