I don't know if this was the forum, but there was some guy claiming he was there to witness this saying the 6.4 out pulled the duramax and that even with a 5 second headstart the 6.4 killed it. Everybody called him crazy, but this right here shows it!

Of course the new 6.4 is going to outpull the competitor's current offerings.

Hey boys...you just wait...ol' ma mopar has somethin up her sleeve we got a new engine coming out...and we gonna have a true 45/5500 series...six speed automatic (the end of dodge tranny blunders) you just wait and see. Test an 07.5 dodge vs 07.5 psd and see what happens.

Couldn't get it to work, I feel left out.

Had a Dodge Dually, loved the truck, hated the service dept. so much I got a Chev when I needed another truck, Still have the Jeep GC Ltd, Love the Jeep, same problems with the service dept.. I will not buy another Chrysler Product because of that. Not a jab PS killer, just my experiences.

Gord.

Here come the Cummins boys with their panties in a wad cryin about this and that. Ford's new truck is out and Dodge and Chevy's aint so Ford pulled against what the competion has out. I surprised no one brought up the fact that the Ford was a 450 and the others were only 3500's. Its not Ford's fault that the best dodge and chevy have are knives in a gunfight.

Don't see where anyone is crying, as I stated with my post the new truck/engine should outpull the competitions trucks from the previous year. Not to say it isn't a fair test but i'm sure that anyone with a PSD would react the same way if the roles were reversed and say a new 6.7 Cummins or the latest 6.6 duramax was shown to outpull a similarly equipped PSD like that. FYI ford's new truck is not "out", they are not yet at the dealerships but will be very soon.
