EGT?

i have a 2001 ford f250 7.3 in it and i have the edeg chip in it and i what to know how i can get my egt to go down faster or not come up so high so fast

get rid of the edge lol. maybe a water meth kit but no meth.

How high are the egts going up?

wene i get on it i can get it up to 55 mph and my egts are 1400 to 1600!!!

now the egt censors have been known to fail especially on the edge products so im wondering if your getting a false reading ive gone up to a 5" exaust and my egts dropped drasticly in middle of july towing 26' trailor i hit 900 at the most at 70mph but ive had two censors go bad so i would look into that first

I am running the edge evo 1st gen in my ex without guages yet......am I stupid? I have an intake and 4" exhaust. Is it better to run tuner on emission or race?

Thanks. Ive been running it on race, but without guages I worry about temps. I am looking into the newer edge that has the monitoring system. Edge says I can get a discount to upgrade from what I have. Is it worth the change or just get guages?
