I would Like to Do the Cabins If i know how many is interested So I know how many cabins we need. It could be a friday and saturday night deal. Friday Night just chips n burgers and Hotdogs and on saturday We can do beans or chili or I an make some tacos. Just let me know fellas and I can get a price or we can go to a park and rent a shelter or somethin and chill.!

IMO I think looking into a shelter would prolly be better and it would help keep the cost down. The big thing is how many people can be there and what time do you wanna start. From what I've seen in the past is that most of the raiiles don't start until about 14:00. I don't know who all works on saturdays. I always do but may be able totake one off as long as the boss will be in town and the other half is off work. Let's hear what some of the rest of y'all think. We need to get something going soon...November is almost here.

Ok fellas....What are we gonna do about a meet. This thing was going good and then it died. I am all for a meet....Trey has done some good research...sounded like the rest of ya were ready for a meet. I'm thinkin we do a shelter and I'll try to be there early to help Trey set up. We need to decide on a place to have it so we can get a cost on a shelter. It would be cool if everyone could chip in a little to help with the cost of the shelter and then bring a side dish or drinks. Let's get a head count and a location this week if possible. That way Trey can get a cost and availability of a shelter. C'mon fellas...let's get together as there are several of you I haven't met and it's always good to get together and shoot the breeze.
