My Current Build

Just wanted to start a thread with an on-going representation of how my truck is coming along and what the goals are. I will provide all the info i can to keep people updated and possibly help others trying to do similar things.

Plans:
Injector- 250cc w/ 200% nozzle hybrid injectors from Ryan Casserly @ Full Force Diesel

Turbo - Holset HX 55 w/ mount bought off a member of PSN. Turbo is very similar to a heavily modded h2e in size. Hoping to possibly use it in the future in a compound setup

Transmission- Custom built and tuned from Brian @ Brians Truck Stop (BTS)

Engine- ARP head studs, 910 competition springs, chromoly push rods, all coming from John @ Cowboy Diesel

Oil side- Twin HPOP's thanks to Joey @ Terminator Engineering.

Fuel System- 5/8s pick-up feeding the first 10 micron filter, then into 2 SD fuel pumps, next is the final 2 micron filter, then 1/2" line up the the heads and into 3/8 line to feed the heads. Return is regulated by an aeromotive regulator and im going to use the stock return system.

Tuning- 6 position TS style chip, with custom tunes from Tony Wildman (getting live tuned in February)

Current Progress:
Currently the injectors are installed, transmission is on its way to my house, and turbo is being purchased early this week.
Engine work and fuel system will come later this month

Sounds like the 26th is going to be interesting. Do you have all your fuel system parts?

But no piping.

Unless you got it put in last night. Or this morning. Derek seems to do a lil midnight oil burning from time to time.

haha i put them on last night, but took them back off. I am going to be changing turbo's so having them off until everything is finished is easiest!
