Tranny headache

Hey guys, I have a 99 f350 auto with a 7.3 4x4. My tranny started acting up so i changed the fuild and filter and added a bottle of sea foam. I ran it for about 4-5oo miles and repeated the process. After that things were ok till i lost overdrive but if I took it out of overdrive then everything was fine. Again i changed the fluid and filter, still I didnt have overdrive but now I was able to put it manually in overdrive at highway speeds. Then that quit working. I replaced the TRS and the plug for it. I also replaced the overdrive switch. I overdrive light never flashed. Now the truck wont go into any gear, acts like its in neutral. I was thinking maybe the torque converter is bad??? At a lost for ideas.
