Need clutch torque specs PLEASE!!!!

Just got my Valair clutch kit, but they sent the installation/torque specs for a dodge clutch. Wondering if anybody could help me out.

Flywheel bolt torque, and if I should use loktite?

Pressure plate Torque specs?

Any other tips/tricks??? Not my first clutch, but my first for a powerstroke.
I took the tranny out cause i thought the input shaft bearing on the tranny was bad, but when i pulled the clutch, the plate that holds the springs in the clutch was cracked, and one of the springs was becoming exposed. There was some light rubbing on the spring, but not worn much. Did this account for the noise?? Got some help tonight, and want to put it in, but not if the input bearing might be bad. Thanks!!!
