Pressure plate collapse ??

my clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor way to easy and it will not go into gear while the truck is started. when u try to put it in gear while running the truck will move. wen u are driving and push the pedal to the floor it disengages the clutch a very little bit but not enough to shift. tested the slave cylinder, works fine. no fluid leaking and fluid is full.
