trans problem

my son has 95 f350 powerstroke. He installed edge evolution power program. He has driven it 3 times since. Now trans shifting eratic and has code po603.Trans pan very clean and we took out program and still have shifting problem.Any ideas.

mine is a 96 and after i put evo. on it it started leakin all over so tell him two keep it off the truck i need two have it rebuild now

Get rid of the evo and get a TW custom tuned chip. Have a look around here and you'll see lots of bad reviews for them.

shifting erratic.....possibly the torque converter. Rebuild is coming!

wouldnt just replacing the tc work if thats what it is just askin cuz i going through the same thing i hate evo. by edge they suck but anyways.

yes, if thats the only problem. An associate of mine replaced just the TC, and has no other problems.

Those are Edge units are more famous for blowing transmissions then they are for making power. Get rrid of them while you still have a trans to save!

I agree replacing the TC would do the trick but I still would get rid of the edge for some custom tunes.

thanks guys i think thats what mine needs is a tc. i was thinking of the b&m tc but i not shure any ideas on that.
